Hi, I’m Joel! I illustrate for trade books, middle grade novels, picture books, kids curriculum brands, Ed-Tech, and more. I also teach illustration and design at the university level. I have been illustrating for over 10 years, and I enjoy it now more than ever.
I live in Franklin TN with my wife and our 11-year-old Vizsla, Rosa.
When I’m not hunched over my desk drawing, I’m probably drinking a cup of drip coffee, running, or dreaming of Ireland.
